If there are any questions that are not addressed in this page, feel free to reach out to either of us and we will do our best to answer them!

Where is the wedding?

The ceremony and reception will be held at Evergreen Springs by Wedgewood Weddings in Elk Grove, CA (8290 Elk Grove Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95758)! It is a brick building with some trees and bushes around it. It is also surrounded by fields on either side.

What time should I arrive?

The venue will open to guests at 4:30pm, with the ceremony promptly starting at 5:00pm.  We’d advise you to arrive closer to 4:30pm, to allow for time finding your seats and getting situated!

We are aware this is during peak rush hour traffic, especially for those coming from the west, so please plan accordingly based on that. There is also major construction happening on US Highway 50 and may additionally affect traffic in that area.

How do I get there? What's the parking situation?

The venue is located off of CA Hwy 99, take the Elk Grove Blvd exit, and is on Civic Center Dr. There is some public transit, with the nearest bus stop about 8 mins walking away from the venue.

There is plenty of parking at the venue, but carpooling is always a good idea!

Where should I stay?

We have a few options listed under the “Travel” tab! You’re also welcome to look at other options in/near Elk Grove!

What should I wear?

Our dress code is halloween formal! So if you want to dress up in costumes, feel free to go all out! If you don’t want to wear a costume, semi formal or formal attire is recommended. We want everyone to have fun and feel and look their best! If you would like ideas, please check out our “What to Wear” tab on this website!

(We ask that if you are dressing up in a costume to avoid overly revealing or gory costumes)

Who can I bring?

If you’re being given a plus one, it will say so on your invitation (either by name or as a general Guest).

If you’re unsure, when you go to RSVP, it will allow you to RSVP for your guest(s) as well, if you have one. You also do not have to bring a guest if given one, just mark that on your RSVP! If you have questions or concerns, let us know!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We would really prefer you didn’t! We’ll have a moment for folks to take pictures as desired, but otherwise, we’ll have a photographer and videographer whose job is to capture all your favorite moments!

After the ceremony is over, feel free to take photos, but we will still have a photographer working, so don’t fret too much about getting your perfect shot.

What's accessiblity like at the venue?

The entire venue is on one level, with outside spaces to hang out if you need to catch a breath. We will also have a quiet room for anyone who needs to step away.

What should I expect day of?

We’re still figuring this out at time of writing 🙂

We should have a better answer no later than October 1st.
